LANBOOR 3M Flexible Diamond QRS Cloth Disc 6002J is a high-performance abrasive engineered for hard-to-grind materials including stone, glass, ceramics, carbides and composites. It delivers aggressive cutting and consistent scratch results with diamond mineral, achieving a better finish faster.

This diamond disc adopts an open dot mineral pattern, which enables swarf and debris to escape and effectively prevents loading. There are three available open-dot patterns for this product: 18, B2 and 21.

• Pattern 18: small-dot design for finer finishes under the same grade
• B2: medium-dot pattern for strong cutting performance; dot spacing optimizes coolant flow
• Pattern 21: largest dot pattern, perfect for scenarios prone to loading. The gaps help discharge swarf and debris

A metal bond firmly anchors micron-graded diamonds onto the backing. Metal bond serves as a tough, durable binder to secure abrasive mineral to the cloth substrate.

The disc features a semi-flexible X-weight cloth backing. Its good flexibility allows it to smoothly follow workpiece edges and contours.

Equipped with QRS hook-and-loop quick release attachment, the disc supports fast and simple replacement, ideal for working procedures that need multiple discs in sequence.

Available grit grades range from M250 to M6, with multiple diameter options to choose from.
